Range and Habitat: We're bringing in blowfish tails from the mid-Atlantic. 

Market Description: The tail end of the blowfish, ready to season and cook. Resembles a very small monkfish tail - 2 to 3 oz.

Recommended Preparation: Simply season, dredge in flour, and pan fry for a few minutes - easy and delicious.
