Grain Fed Veal

Some of the tastiest veal in the world is produced from cattle that are fed on a diet of Grain and allowed to move freely. Grain feeding adds vital iron into the calves’ diets, allowing them to develop more naturally in a much healthier environment. The calves’ diet consists of corn, whole grains, milk formula and fresh water. The benefit of this feed regimen is to subtly enhance the marbling of the meat while maintaining the tenderness that veal is known for. Chef’s around the world are beginning to realize that this natural way of raising veal calves is the best, most humane and natural way, resulting in the absolute best tasting veal.
