All Natural Wagyu

Strube Ranch in Pittsburgh, Texas was among the first cattle farms to take a strong position on Wagyu cattle. The hallmark of this breed is the genetic predisposition to intense marbling, which leads to rich, incomparable flavor and tenderness. The principals of Strube Ranch follow many of the time-honored techniques for raising their Wagyu, never incorporating antibiotics, hormones or steroids into the management of their herds.

The ranchers also believe that these cattle perform best when raised in a completely stress-free environment with plenty of room to move.
