Sesame Tuna
This delicious entrˆ©e is hand made using fresh sashimi grade tuna that has been marinated in a mixture of sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar & garlic. We then coat the fillet with toasted and black sesame seeds. It is best cooked medium rare, sliced and fanned out to show the beautiful cherry red center. Pack Size: 12 x 7oz Recommended Preparation: Bake for 10 minutes at 400¬ƒ for medium rare, or 15 minutes for well done. Serve sliced and fanned out with a side of soy sauce and wasabi paste.

Ingredients: Tuna (processed and filtered wood smoke as a preservative for color retention), toasted white and black sesame seeds, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), butter (cream, natural flavorings), sesame oil, sherry wine, ginger, brown sugar, and garlic.
