Maine Lobster Cakes
Our hand-made lobster cakes contain 60% Main lobster claw, knuckle, and leg meat. We also infuse the mayonnaise with our home made lobster stock to further enhance the lobster flavor. We then add celery, onions, and cracker crumbs for a truly authentic Maine experience. Pack Size: 24 x 3oz Recommended Preparation: Baked: Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375¬ƒ for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Maine lobster meat, cracker crumbs (enriched flour (wheat flour), niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2), folic acid), vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and/or canola oils, sugar, hugh fructose corn syrup, salt, leavening (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), malted barley flour, whey, yeast extract, natural flavor, soybean lecithin, mayonnaise (vegetable oil (soybean, canola), corn syrup, vinegar, egg yolk, water, salt, spice, egg white, calcium EDTA as a preservative, onion, celery, lobster stock (water, lobster shells, leeks, celery, parsley, onion, white pepper, lemon juice), liquid eggs (whole eggs, citric acid), tarragon, spices, xantham gum, sodium tripolyphosphate may be used as a preservative.
