Beef Wellington
Made from the classic Wellington recipe of beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelle (button mushrooms, parmesan cheese, white wine, heavy cream, and shallots) all wrapped in a premium flaky puff pastry. Pack Size: 12 x 9.5oz Recommended Preparation: Place thawed Wellington on a well greased baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 400¬ƒ for 25 minutes (medium), or 28 minutes (well done). Ingredients: Choice beef tenderloin, puff pastry (bleached wheat flour, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oils), water, contains 2% or less of the following: salt, dough conditioner (sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium sulfate, L-cysteine hydrochloride) monocalcium phosphate, mono and diglycerides (emulsifiers), artificial color (yellow #5, yellow #6), TBHQ and BHT to protect flavor), mushrooms, heavy cream (heavy cream, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, polysorbate 80), parmesan cheese (pasteurized partly skimmed cow's milk, cheeze cultures, salt and enzymes), white wine, shallot, salt and pepper, parsley, egg wash (egg citric acid), paprika.
